Assistant Manager – Research & Policy
Srishti is a young professional, working in the area of research and policy development. She is responsible for writing research and policy related paper, manages our consultancy projects, converting complex data and findings into understandable format, preparing reports and presenting results to clients and management. Apart from that she is also responsible for devising and evaluating methods for collecting data. She has been associated with various organisations namely IITD, Center for Science and Environment (CSE), Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA), Forum for Air Quality (FAQ), Clean Air Asia and Skyways ltd. She had been associated with volunteering work as the President of Youth Clean Air Network Delhi working towards sensitizing the community towards betterment of environment.
Her work on sustainable packaging: Need of the Hour was appreciated in International Journal of applied home science and has also written her master’s dissertation on “Assessment of Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) cycle implementation on selected industries: prospects and challenges”. The study has thrown light on the process, implementation, experiences, catalysts and challenges faced during the implementation of the PAT cycle-I. Srishti holds her post-graduation degree in M.Sc. Resource management and design application with her specialization in Environment Management and Sustainable Development from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.
